It teaches us to tap into a natural healing system which focuses on the inner and mental well-being of the body.
Today it has become more relevant than ever as people appreciate its emphasis on prevention and maintenance of good health rather than just cure. It teaches us to understand the balance between mind and body and encourages us to base our eating and lifestyle choices to suit our body types rather than follow trends.
