Our yoga classes are suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. Yoga is a form of exercise that can be enjoyed at any age.
We have moved to larger premises just a little further along the car park so we still have the convenience of parking and the familiarity.
The yoga space is much larger enabling us to invite different yoga teachers, more workshops and day retreats. We also have therapy rooms upstairs with a variety of therapists, who offer hypnotherapy, nutrition, psychotherapy and energy healing to name just a few. If you know anyone looking for space, then ask them to get in touch.
We invite speakers to give talks which were popular when Mantra Rooms first opened, and also regularly hold a plant-based pop-up café.
Now more than ever there is a need for cultivating a connection both to others and to ourselves and our bodies, stilling the mind and making self-care an essential part of our lives, as well as being as healthy as we can.
